宜蘭晶英酒店住宿記事
位於晶英酒店樓下的新月廣場整點報時鐘位於新月廣場三樓的誠品書店房間裡的舒適觀景沙發此次和好友入住宜蘭新落成的五星級晶英酒店有以下幾點感想:1.因為1-4樓為百貨公司,6-11樓為客房,所以有一種住在百貨公司裡的感覺2.為了區隔逛街人潮與住房房客,不同電梯到達的樓層有別,乘坐客房的電梯要刷卡,非常複雜3.除了住宿供應的早餐外,午晚餐皆可利用百貨公司的主題餐廳與美食街,選擇眾多4.櫃檯服務人員太嫩,我和好友問了十個問題,他們大概有八個問題都是不清楚的(我們沒有要踢館喔!)5.房間很新很大,設備亦佳,免費提供的金棗茶包及明決子茶包很好喝6.空調超冷,棉被和枕頭超軟,電梯裡的精油香味太甜(鄭重澄清:我絕不是個龜毛的人喔!)7.自助式早餐很豐富,包含中式、日式、台式和西式各種類,很容易不知不覺吃太多總之,這是很悠閒很便利的渡假只是在享受之餘看到南部如人間煉獄般的水災報導心中深感不安這世界的確是太不公平了

不吃可惜的宜蘭包心粉圓
位於宜蘭市新月廣場四樓的包心粉圓專賣店看起來很好吃的菜單可口又養生的包心桂棗銀耳小女子不喜歡珍珠奶茶因為這是肥胖之源所以我也不喜歡吃粉圓誰叫它跟珍珠奶茶有關呢但是如果到了宜蘭ㄧ定要吃有名的包心粉圓這次在宜蘭的新月廣場四樓吃了燒仙草及桂棗銀耳裡面的佐料都有QQ的包心粉圓口感特別又好吃還可以放在豆花裡喔據說可是網路票選第一名的人氣伴手禮喔現在想起來還回味無窮呢

我看星光五班
閒來無事又回鍋看星光大道五聽聽好歌也參考評審們的專業意見昨晚的十強PK賽中聽到很多我這個年代的經典歌曲像是巫啟賢的"太傻"、周治平的"青梅竹馬"及許茹芸的"獨角戲"等
另外像張惠妹的"記得"、張宇的"曲終人散"更是聽了會想哭的好歌至於歌手部份我喜歡曾梓淞和孫自佑的聲音前者具爆發力後者則細膩純淨或許是因為老師的職業病所以我很喜歡聽講評的部份有些詞語也很適合用在課堂上跟學生說明譬如說"要有自己的口氣"、"唱歌不要太工整"等放在作文的評語就是"要有自己的思考"、"寫作不要太匠氣"的意思(同學可別覺得我走火入魔喔!)唯一覺得很有意見的就是播出時間太晚了全部看完已是晚上十二點半了如果是開學後的週五晚上應該已經不知累到哪裡去了怎麼還有力氣看節目呢所以利用暑假偶爾八卦一下開學後就得說拜拜囉!

從"聖堂教父"談人生的光與影
陽光與陰影是同時並存的
很久以前看過並買下一套日本漫畫"聖堂教父"故事是說兩個好朋友為了改革日本分別扮演光與影ㄧ個在檯面上從政奪權另一個則加入黑社會掌握地下資源兩人裡應外合相輔相成我很喜歡這個故事也認同理想實踐的過程必是光、影並存任何一種美好的信仰都會有蝙蝠與青鳥的飛翔唯有穿越過黑暗的隧道才能望見彼端的幸福之光最近有同事讚美我EQ很好因為對某人的犀利批評能夠平和以對其實乍聽時真的很不舒服但轉念之後且當作是不同的觀點吧世上本無絕對的真理眾說紛紜皆是源於尊重自由發言的權利多聽多想不執著
就能寬容他人善待自己放過彼此囉!

大頭慈今晚洗完澡後爸爸很認真地在幫她按摩大概是太舒服了大頭慈忍不住詩興大發手腦並用(她將雙手的食指對著食指)脫口而出:"兩隻手指頭ㄧ起手牽手快樂逍遙遊"說完自己可得意的很呢!這孩子真是太驚人了!

很久很久以前有三個阿姨
我有三個阿姨嗎?很久很久以前有三個阿姨和三隻小豬的故事有點兒像大阿姨和二阿姨比較不靈光最小的阿姨總是最勤勞也最聰明(她自己認為的啦!)二阿姨從小比較霸道要自己睡所以大阿姨和小阿姨從小就一起睡(因為拿了二阿姨的賄賂--兩人平分十塊錢)但是三個人感情很好恪守有錢出錢(此指愛買與亂買的大阿姨及二阿姨)有力出力(這當然就是精打細算的小阿姨囉)的分工法則有ㄧ天二阿姨打了件毛衣寄到南部去然後就嫁出去了於是大小阿姨就和阿嬤相依為命過著寒暑假日本自助遊的快樂日子直至二阿姨帶著一個大頭小孩來到阿嬤家又開始重複了以往的分工法則大阿姨還是管吃喝玩樂的花錢領域小阿姨則是把屎把尿餵飯洗澡的苦力階級而這個大頭小孩神奇地治癒阿嬤的憂鬱症也讓嚴肅的大阿姨變得比較年輕小阿姨總覺得小眼睛的大頭小孩和她很像並且差ㄧ點兩個人就是同月同日生了後來小阿姨有ㄧ陣子常爬山不久就嫁給她的山友(暱稱uncle)大阿姨和阿嬤有ㄧ點小失落總覺得三缺一幸好住得很近常常還是可以看到三個阿姨圍著大頭小孩團團轉可是原本圓圓的小阿姨開始變得扁扁的有ㄧ點乾乾的皮膚居然長了奇怪的疹子uncle是個好人除了一起爬山也開始陪著上醫院小阿姨其實是來自天上的小精靈因為太愛玩了才跑到人間或許是玩到越界了才會出現不適應的狀況阿嬤和大阿姨還是很想念三人行的日子希望小阿姨再回到小精靈的無憂無慮然後好手藝的uncle把小阿姨餵得白白胖胖的再帶著路癡二人組去旅行期待到了最後每個人都能過著幸福快樂的日子

首先,本席先說明,金門地區不但自然環境優美而且污染少,所以金門常冠有「好山、好水、好空氣之人間淨土」美稱。很多人對於在金門發展「有機農業」,都抱持著樂觀態度。而金門的牛羊豬雞等養殖,有最經濟的高粱酒糟可吃,所以土產的金門牛羊豬雞的品質,不但好吃而且深受觀光客之喜愛。
金門鄉親普遍都會自己種菜、種水果、種花生、甚至養雞;除了自己吃之外,剩下的才拿到市場賣。由於現今的金門百業蕭條、謀生不易,所以很多子女都到台灣謀職、求學,因此,當自家的農產品收成時,老人家總是想寄些「自己種的番薯、芋頭、花生、或龍眼之類的土產」給遠在外地的子孫或親戚品嚐,可是卻遭到很多的限制和規定,其中諸多的不便與不合理現象,若不是金門在地人真的是無法想像的。
根據中華民國憲法第148條:「中華民國領域內,一切貨物應許自由流通」。台灣各縣市之農產品可以自由進出和行銷金門,可是金門所產之農產品卻不得自由銷往台灣,而且根據我國「農產品市場交易法」,其中「第6條:農產品之交易不得壟斷、操縱價格或故意變更質量,謀取不正當利益。」如今卻限制金門農產品行銷至台灣,這豈不是形同壟斷、操縱價格,換言之就是圖利台灣本島農產業者,如此「一國兩制」之做法,不但無法真正杜絕大陸不良農產品的流入台灣本島及病蟲害入侵台灣本島,反而更凸顯對金門在地人的不公平與不合理。
再看看目前連江縣(馬祖)的農產品如:金針菜、大蒜、龍眼、柿、落花生;金門縣的農產品如:金針菜、大蒜、落花生、香蕉、柿、龍眼;以上農產品均開放旅客可以自由攜帶,但若是採郵寄,則不論數量多少,都要來源地供貨證明,現今「五金航線」每日來往旅客達三千多人~此量比郵寄還多,郵寄係以少量寄送,目前空運宅配5-10公斤280元,對想藉此圖利的人來說,可以說是根本無利可圖。
本席提供一些金門縣的郵寄數據:
95年共有792件總計2萬9456公斤(20公斤以下佔90.8%)
96年共有2149件總計5萬1301公斤(20公斤以下佔87.6%)
金門縣歷年查緝數據:
90年共查緝202萬5千200.6公斤。
91年共查緝11萬1千482.1公斤。
92年共查緝13萬8千495.5公斤。
93年共查緝17萬1千131.9公斤。
94年共查緝9萬6千916.7公斤。
95年共查緝2萬9千476.5公斤。
96年共查緝1萬3千591.5公斤。
97年(1-8月)共查緝9千300.1公斤。
由以上的數據資料可以看出,查緝明顯呈現逐年下降。所以加強緝私才是根本之道,而非設限金門縣民之權益及生計。
本席今天請農委會務必要重新衡量,開放金門地區鄉親寄往台灣之農產品(針菜、大蒜、落花生、香蕉、柿、龍眼),在定額公斤數下應免附產地証明。
本席要再強調,金門的有機農業和酪農業都很有可為,可是,台灣對金門蔬果和肉品的輸入限制若不開放,那金門地方政府和業者,談再多的有機農業和酪農業的開發計畫將終歸是「零」,爰此,在兩岸漸漸開放之際,農委會也要有新思維與新作為,逐步開放一切「框限」。諸如,已談許久的開放經金門縣檢疫通過之牛隻可活體銷台。
由於台灣本島進口牛隻來源有限,又國內牛隻供應量稍嫌不足。而金門縣所畜養牛隻品質優良,但於民國88年牛隻驗出口蹄疫病毒而被禁止輸出,造成金門養牛戶損失慘重。近年來金門地區已採取完善檢疫措施,包括建立牛籍管理、注射疫苗,且注射率歷年皆高達95%以上並抽血檢驗確認口蹄疫NSP呈陰性反應,故現應已無狂牛病之疑義。若繼續禁止金門地區牛隻銷台,不但嚴重影響金門養牛人家之生計,亦無法彌補國內對於牛肉供不應求之現象。
農委會防疫局於民國95年同意試辦100頭活體牛隻銷台,但礙於台灣酪農等相關團體施加壓力,及該方案規定銷台牛隻需運至金門檢疫所隔離檢疫14日,再運抵台灣指定之屠宰場後兩日內屠宰。此規定過於嚴格且會造成牛隻消瘦甚至互牴而死之情形,對於養牛戶乃為一不必要且造成嚴重損失之程序。故遲遲未能真正辦理。
如今,金門縣政府推動輔導大規模酒槽養牛在即,本席認為農委會防疫局應立即開放核准經金門縣檢疫通過並具相關證明文件之牛隻可活體銷台,並取消再次隔離檢驗等不必要之程序,以照顧金門養牛戶之生計並滿足國內對於高品質牛肉的需求。

一生都要學習做人
星雲大師有一位徒弟,台大畢業後,到夏威夷讀碩士,又到耶魯讀博士,花了好多年的時間,終於得到博士,非常歡喜。有一天他回來,對星雲說:「師父,我現在得到博士學位了,以後要再學習什麼呢?」星雲說:「學習做人。」學習做人是一輩子的事,沒有辦法畢業的。星雲覺得人生,不管是士農工商、各種人等,只要學習就有進步,今天要跟大家分享需要學習的事。 第一、「學習認錯」。 人常常不肯認錯,凡事都說是別人的錯,認為自己才是對的,其實不認錯就是一個錯。認錯的對象可以是父母、朋友、社會大眾、佛祖,甚至向兒女或是對我不好的人認錯,自己不但不會少了什麼,反而顯得你有度量。學習認錯是美好的,是一個大修行。 第二、「學習柔和」。 人的牙齒是硬的,舌頭是軟的,到了人生的最後,牙齒都掉光了,舌頭卻不會掉,所以要柔軟,人生才能長久,硬反而吃虧。心地柔軟了,是修行最大的進步。一般形容執著的人說,你的心、你的性格很冷、很硬,像鋼鐵一樣。如果我們像禪門說的調息、調身、調心,慢慢調伏像野馬、像猴子的這顆心,令它柔軟,人生才能活得更快樂、更長久。 第三、「學習生忍」。 這世間就是忍一口氣,風平浪靜,退一步海闊天空;忍,萬事都能消除。忍就是會處理、會化解,用智慧、能力讓大事化小、小事化無。各位要生活、要生存、要生命,有了忍,可以認清世間的好壞、善惡、是非,甚至接受它。 第四、「學習溝通」。 缺乏溝通,就會產生是非、爭執與誤會。現在中國大陸、香港和台灣,兩岸三地最重要的就是溝通,相互了解、相互體諒、相互幫助,大家都是龍兄虎弟,互相爭執、不溝通怎麼能和平呢? 第五、「學習放下」。 人生像一只皮箱,需要用的時候提起,不用的時就把它放下,應放下的時候,卻不放下,就像拖著沉重的行李,無法自在。人生的歲月有限,認錯、尊重、包容才能讓人接受,放下才自在啊! 第六、「學習感動」。 我們看到人家得好處,要歡喜;看到好人好事,要能感動。感動是一個愛心、菩薩心、菩提心,在我幾十年的歲月裡,有許多事情、語言感動了我,所以我也很努力的想辦法讓別人感動。 第七、「學習生存」。為了生存,我要維護身體健康,身體健康不但對自己有利,也讓朋友、家人放心,所以也是孝親的行為。

埋怨是心靈的癌症
有一個令人啼笑皆非的故事,是說到有一個樵夫,總覺得自己需辛苦工作才能有收入,心裡非常不平衡。 有一天,他越想越氣,便在吃中飯時對著妻子大大的埋怨一番,弄得妻子的心情也不好,並遷怒到正在廚房裡做菜的女兒。 女兒也很火,盛怒之下,煮飯時一不小心,多放了一匙鹽,這下子,樵夫吃了更火了!覺得自己的人生已經夠悲慘,居然連頓好飯也沒得吃。 於是,飯後他氣衝衝地回到山上去砍柴,一邊砍,一邊氣急地對其他的樵夫訴說著自己那”倒楣的人生”。 他越講越氣!砍柴時一個不小心,斧頭脫手飛了出去,打中了一個路人,那路人不是別人,而是由鄰國來訪,路經途中的鄰國王子,鄰國國王氣得派兵大舉進攻,一場戰爭就此爆發。 一場戰爭,居然間接導因於一頓充滿埋怨聲的午餐。 這個小故事給了現代人不小的提醒, 我很喜歡用一個比喻----埋怨,是心靈的癌症! 為什麼我要說「埋怨」是心靈的癌症呢? 有以下的兩個原因: .埋怨會擴散: 一個人如果常怨天尤人、批這評那,那麼,他(她)的情緒很容易就會波及到旁人,甚至影響了整個群體中的氣氛與風氣,漸漸地,群體中充滿了怨聲載道、楚囚相對的消極氣氛。 .埋怨會吸光您的「養份」(福氣): 埋怨的情緒會吸光您的快樂,吸光您的人緣,吸光您的自信,吸光您的動力,不但得不到原本所沒有的,還會讓您原本所有的也漸漸被噬去。 所以我說:埋怨,是心靈的癌症! 親愛的朋友,千萬不要讓「埋怨」的情緒毀了您的生活。 笑遊人間的話:這篇小文章、小故事的作者真是蠻幽默風趣的,但在幽默風趣卻有表達出智者的智慧,用小小故事讓人知道其中道理。 作者所說的故事乍看或許真的覺的不可思議令人啼笑皆非,但若將故事縮小來,平常在我們周遭甚至是自己的身上,是否也常因為一件小事的牽引而使的事情愈做愈糟,惡劣的心情,無益的抱怨只會帶來更多的災難與不順,這也讓笑遊人間想起公司董事長 鄭博士說過的一句話,若抱怨吵架能使事情解決,那我將用盡心力爭吵到底,但抱怨爭吵只是於事無補,甚至會使事情愈來愈糟,唯有找到辦法解決問題才是王道,呵呵,有趣的一句話,但也深含智慧於其中。 鄭博士亦說過跟隨著與領導者的差別在於:跟隨者只會提出問題等候指示,領導者是提出問題並列出建議解決方案等候上級裁定,若上級有更好的方法則以上級的方式解決問題。 這句話笑遊人間在此借花獻佛送給所有家人。

買車須知~柴油車的優劣分析....(柴油車不是省油,而是柴 油的售價比汽油便宜)
不久前有人問我柴油車好不好(同學,就是你啦),因為這是一個大哉問,所以我決定還是寫個專文來探討這個問題。沒錯,幾年後我只要把這些mail收集起來,就可以出書了,不但服務大眾,還可以賺版稅,請林志玲到我的新書簽名會做特別來賓……喔,我想太多了,還是進入主題吧……

在分析柴油車的優劣之前,要先做點功課,了解柴油引擎的個性。

柴油引擎先天上的個性,就是“低轉速高扭力”,就好比是犁田的牛,起步時的力道很大,可是在一個程度之後,加速力道就上不去了;汽油引擎就像是馬,起步的力道不大,可是再加速的力道就很好。

因為柴油引擎有這個特性,所以路上跑的貨車、拖車都是以柴油引擎為主流。Well,這是個性問題,那它和台灣用車需求有什麼關係呢?仔細看好喔:

一、前面提到,柴油引擎起步很好,可是高速的力道不足,所以當我們在高轉速要加速時,柴油引擎會 很沒力。有騎過變速腳踏車嗎?當你用低速檔騎的時候,起步很輕鬆,可是當你踩快之後,不論怎麼踩,車子就是快不了了。沒錯!“變速腳踏車”,這時候我們就要撥那個變速桿,讓鏈條跑到別的齒輪去。汽車也是這樣,當引擎的轉速拉高了,力道還是出不來的時候,就要換檔了。柴油引擎出力最大的轉,大約在1500~2000轉,而汽油引擎則是4000~5000轉,所以汽油引擎可以再ㄍㄧㄥ上去,柴油引擎不行。

仔細看一下路上跑的小貨車,它們是不是起步之後“吳”一聲,很快就換檔?然後又是“吳”一聲,又很快換檔?就是這個原因。因此,如果柴油車要用在自用小客車上,必須搭載更多檔的變速箱。大家有機會看一下汽車雜誌的規格表,“進口”柴油車的變速檔位都蠻多的。例如Audi A6 3.0 TDI配六速,A4 2.0 TDI甚至配七速!再告訴大家,路上跑的貨櫃車經常都是十五檔起跳,澳洲運乳牛的貨櫃車甚至有到二十一速的,因為它的要求是極大的力道,所以車子會一直在變速,以保持大出力。  這是什麼意思?意思就是如果你的柴油車檔位不夠的話,在高速公路行駛時,你的引擎轉速會比別人高,也就是比別人耗油,速度約在110以後,要再往上加速會比汽油車吃力。這種狀況在歐洲不會有,因為他們的柴油車在高速公路上是用六檔或七檔在跑,轉速約在1800轉左右,這正是柴油引擎力道最大的時候,轉速又低可以達到省油的效果。

前面都看不懂沒關係,只要記住這個重點:好的柴油引擎要有多檔變速箱作搭配,才能達到省油的效果。但是賣車的業代永遠不會告訴你…

二、現在柴油車大行其道的原因,是污染的問題大為改善的關係。柴油燃燒後,會產生大量的碳粒和氮氧化合物NOx;而柴油也含有較高的硫。在噴射引擎發明之後,污染問題有了改善: a.燃料採用噴射系統之後,柴油燃燒得更完全,所以廢氣排放量比以前好很多,不過NOx的含量目前還是居高不下。據日本的研究發現,NOx是造成孕婦生下畸型兒的主因之一。所以東京有禁止柴油車行駛的規定。請參考這個網址:http://tw.news.yahoo.com/article/url/d/a/060928/5/4m25.html

b.柴油引擎並不能將碳粒消除,而是在排氣系統內裝上“微粒濾淨器”作過濾。這是消耗品!過了一段時間就要換新的,不能洗。

c.新世代的柴油引擎特別採用了“缸內直噴”、“共軌噴射”這兩項技術,提高燃燒效果。問題來了,共軌噴射系統的噴嘴也是消耗品,不能洗,一套四支以上(看設計);缸內直噴隱含的意思是它是高精密度加新科技,所以工資會比較高,工時比較長。可能會比維修汽油引擎多出兩成的工資。整套換掉比較省時?對啊,那更貴……

三、最重要的重點來了。為了增加柴油引擎在高轉速的延伸性,所以全世界的柴油車都是渦輪增壓車,就是turbo啦!渦輪車先天的毛病就是溫度比較高,所以渦輪車要加這些東東:

a.Turbo Timer:渦輪的葉片,在高速運轉下,會產生高熱。所以在車子停下之後,必須要“冷車”十分鐘左右,讓風扇再吹一下,好讓葉片冷卻。可是這年頭誰有空在車內等十分鐘(每一次喔)?所以要裝上turbo timer延遲熄火系統,在你鎖上防盜器之後,引擎還會繼續運轉,過十分鐘後自動熄火。大部分的進口車都有裝,所以看到車上沒人,車子沒熄火不要大驚小怪;可是沒裝的車子也還是有,而且業代不會告訴你!那我可以不裝就這樣用車嗎?可以,可是葉片過熱燒壞的話,整顆渦輪要換掉,六位數起跳,你要冒險嗎? b.渦輪車有高溫的問題,所以機油的等級必須比較高……就是比較貴啦!再加上柴油引擎設計的關係,機油要用柴油引擎專用的,家樂福的199元機油是不能用的……就是比較貴啦!對,沒錯,業代不會告訴你!  c.中油的超級柴油含硫量還是過高,舉世皆知,只有我們台灣人自己不知。柴油含硫已經很慘了,大家也知道,中油的油含水量也是偏高的。看出問題了嗎?在高溫下,硫+水+氧會跑出什麼東西?國中化學還沒還老師的話,都知道那個叫做硫酸!你覺得這會不會傷引擎?比例不高,可是還是有,日積月累下來,引擎要不要大修?是的,業代不會告訴你!

四、柴油車不是省油,而是柴油的售價比汽油便宜,所以耗油的柴油車,油錢可能跟省油的汽油車一樣。這點很多消費者都不知道(業代還是不會說)。以前賣車時我只能對客戶用點的,怕他生氣;現在沒賣車了,遇到這種人,我要好好地教育他。柴油車的售價都比汽油車貴一截(高科技嘛),買柴油車所省下的油錢很難把使用和維修的成本攤平。現在一公升柴油比汽油便宜3.9元,我們算高一點便宜5元好了。假設油耗一樣都是一公升跑二十公里好了,這是很保守的算法喔!這年頭一公升跑二十公里的四輪車不多:

如果你一年跑 兩萬公里 (大多數人的用法),用掉的燃料就是 1000公升,用柴油可以省下5000元。可是你多付的車價約13萬(現代Tucson)左右。那你要跑二十六年才會回本…Orz了嗎?打五折也要十三年。而這只是油錢的計算喔,養車和脫手不算。最後再加一句:業代不會告訴你!

p.s:這裡提到的車種,是可以清楚列出同款汽油車做比較的+大家這輩子還買得起的。有的廠牌,柴油車是獨立車系,沒有相同的汽油車可以比的;而像Volvo的XC90,一台兩百多萬;保時捷的Cayenne最便宜的也要三百多萬。你如果花得起這筆錢,對那個價差大概也不會放在眼裡。

寫到這裡,絕對不是叫大家不要買柴油車,好的柴油車加上含硫量低的柴油加上飽飽的荷包加上你有爬坡及加速的需求的話,柴油車絕對是值得投資的。要告訴大家的是:台灣的消費者很可憐,得到的消費資訊很多都是被過濾過的,或是經過包裝的。一定要睜大眼睛,不要被沒良心的媒體騙了,成為盲從的消費者,這樣一來吃虧的是自己。把心中的貪念放下,你會看到更多。

現在看到路上跑的某牌的柴油車,心中真的是感概萬千,幾年之後,這批車就會像當初的Cefiro2.0一樣,成為燙手山芋,他們將來會不會去車廠門口結集抗議呢?這款車目前在中古車界,是屬於“不知如何估價”的車款。一來太新了,以後新車可能會再降價;二來零件耐用度未知,口碑如何不知道;三來品牌形象不佳,收購之後能不能賣出來還是個問題。等那些沒裝turbotimer的車開始要修渦輪的時候,就是要上媒體的時候了……這就是台灣……
